Create and edit multiple-block GIF files
If you need to create and edit multiple-block GIF files -- especially for Web pages -- then check out this 16-bit version of GIF Construction Set for Windows. This graphics program (from the developers of the shareware classic Graphics Workshop) lets you create and edit multiple-block GIF files. With it, you can assemble GIF files that contain image, plain text, comment, and control blocks. Functions are included to manage palettes and merge multiple GIF files. You can also convert AVI video streams to animated GIF files, as well as create Netscape looped animations, interlaced GIF files, and transparent GIFs. Other features include creation of teletype and texture banners, plus a wizard to ease creation of animated GIF files.
